Normal is the best default while you build. Run Full before a launch or a client handover.
Read the results
Your agent shows the counts by severity and a link. On the dashboard, open Projects for one app or Findings for every project in your organization.
Fix and verify
Ask your agent to fix the blockers first. It re-checks each fix, and a finding only closes after the re-check passes.
