Terms of Service

1. The agreement

Vibefilo is operated by Oshadha Vimukthi, an individual developer based in Sri Lanka, trading as Vibefilo. You must be at least 18, or have the legal capacity to enter a contract. If you use Vibefilo for an organization, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.

2. The service

Vibefilo provides security and privacy check rules, recipes and fix guidance to your coding agent through an MCP server, and a dashboard where results are recorded. Your coding agent runs the checks and makes any code changes on your machine. Vibefilo does not scan your code or website itself.

3. Accounts and organizations

• Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account, including agents and API keys you connect. Revoke them in your settings if they are lost.
• Organization owners manage members and are responsible for how their team uses the service.

4. Credits

• Checks use credits. New organizations receive 200 free credits once. The cost of a check is shown before it runs.
• Welcome credits expire 60 days after they are granted. Purchased credits expire 12 months after purchase.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are not refundable except where the law requires or we state otherwise. Credits for a run that fails on our side are returned.
• Prices for paid top-ups are shown before you buy. We may change prices for future purchases.
• Top-ups are sold by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, and its terms apply to the payment. If an order is refunded, the unspent credits from that order are removed from your balance.
• Owners can set daily spending limits. When a limit is reached, checks stop until the next day (UTC) or until the limit is raised.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use Vibefilo on code, systems or websites you do not own or have permission to test;
• break the law, or infringe the rights of others;
• reverse engineer the service, resell it, or copy its check rules at scale;
• overload, probe or attack the service, or work around credit, rate or access limits;
• submit secret values, credentials or personal data in finding evidence.

6. Your data

You keep all rights to your code and your content. You give us the right to process the findings and other data you submit only to run and improve the service for you. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Guidance, not advice or certification

Vibefilo gives practical guidance. It is not legal advice, a penetration test, a security audit or a compliance certification. Automated checks and AI agents can miss issues or make mistakes. Review every change before you deploy, keep backups, and ask a qualified professional where the stakes are high. You are responsible for your app and its compliance.

8. Third-party services

Vibefilo works with coding agents and services made by others, such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Supabase and Google. Those are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. Product names and logos belong to their owners and are shown to describe compatibility, not endorsement.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep Vibefilo available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may add, change or remove features, and we will give notice of changes that significantly affect you.

10. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Vibefilo and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, put the service or others at risk, or if the law requires it. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination, such as liability and your data rights, do.

11. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, and we do not guarantee that checks will find every issue.

12. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Vibefilo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or security incidents in your apps. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will update the date above and tell account holders. Continuing to use Vibefilo after a change means you accept it.
